                                                                     REMEDIES

I mainly use 30C remedies and I buy nearly all my remedies from The Pharmaceutical Plant Company, the following information on how they prepare remedies has been taken, with permission, from their website.

"The Pharmaceutical Plant Company has 20 years experience in manufacturing and distributing high quality herbal extracts and listed medicines in Australia. PPC is TGA licenced and Certified Organic by ACO and utilises a traditional cold percolation process using ethanol at 25%, 45% or 60% depending on the herb, to isolate the extract.

The herbs are independently tested in a world-class, phytopharmaceutical facility at Southern Cross University to ensure the quality of the extract is of the highest standard for use by professional practitioners for their prescribing needs.

A homoeopathic preparation is usually designated by the Latin name of the stock, followed by an indication of the degree of dilution.

Homeopathic Potency: The potencies of homeopathic drugs are specified in terms of dilution, i.e.,

‘nX’, where each dilution is a decimal or ten-fold dilution and ‘n’ is the number of dilutions such that the total dilution is 10n

‘nC’, where each dilution is a centesimal or hundred-fold dilution and ‘n’ is the number of dilutions such that the total dilution is 100n.

Potentisation & Succussion: The process of potentisation involves the repeated dilution and jarring/shaking (succussion) of a substance to remove its toxic effects. Theoretically, this amplifies the healing effects. Dilution reduces the toxicity of the original substance and succussion releases the dormant energy of that substance into the liquid carrier to give the remedy its healing effect. "

As a result of this dilution and potentisation process homoeopathic remedies are considered safe, non-toxic, energetic.  Any advice regarding drugs must be in consultation with your medical practitioner.
